Memorial Trees
Memorial trees may be purchased and planted during the winter following the burial. Trees must be of native Lincolnshire provenance, such as oak, lime, beech, field maple, wild cherry or wild service, and are supplied by our approved nursery.
Trees are planted in designated areas to ensure the creation of a properly established woodland. Families are warmly encouraged to take part in the planting, and we are happy to facilitate this where wished.
All trees are guaranteed for a period of three years after planting. To support the long-term health of a biodiverse and well-managed landscape, some trees may need thinning in the future to prevent overcrowding within the woodland.

Grave Planting
Wildflowers – Following a burial, we provide a packet of locally sourced wildflower seed for families to scatter on and around the grave.
Bulbs – Each autumn we hold a native daffodil planting day, where families are invited to plant bulbs supplied by us. We also provide snowdrops for families to plant.
To ensure that only native plants grow on the site, we regret that no other planting is permitted, and we kindly ask families to respect and follow this guidance.
Flowers and sprays are welcome on graves provided they are tied with raffia or biodegradable string and are free from plastic wrapping or containers.

Plaques
Memorial Plaques – We allow a small honed granite plaque, provided by us, engraved with names and dates in silver.
